<span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Lead, develop and drive China Customer Support function at SWEP. This position will directly report to Sales Director South Asia


  1. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Based on SWEP Basic Beliefs and Dover Values lead and manage local Customer Support team to <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">maintain and enhance customer relationships<span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif"> and to achieve the company's vision and Strategic Plan
  2. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Drive and develop Customer Support processes in terms of both global consistency and local adaption.
  3. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Overall responsible that local Customer Support team aligns plans, activities, follow-up, KPIs and CI with SWEP Strategic Plan
  4. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Responsible to secure that whole Customer Support Team has the right and balanced resources in terms of quality and quantity to support both regional and global accounts.
  5. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Lead and ensure the development of talents to secure succession and growth
  6. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Administrate and develop, in close cooperation with other Sales and Marketing personnel, Customer Support process related IT systems
  7. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Administrate, lead and drive efficiency of customer support process by cooperation with sales, production and logistics and/or other related departments 
  8. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Responsible for efficient administration of the eBusiness operation if applicable
  9. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Overall responsible for local Customer Support training by aligning with global Customer Support training program
  10. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">As member of China Sales Management Team, participate in the overall management and development of the function
  11. <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Responsible to follow POS-2496 "Managers all"
