Dover Fueling Solutions is a global leading provider of advanced customer-focused technologies, services, and solutions for the fueling and convenience retail industries is seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their team supporting Manufacturing/Operations reporting to Director, Human Resources. This role will be responsible for implementing and sustaining the HR People Practices within leadership and employees. You will provide direct HR partnership for a manufacturing site, partner with leadership to develop talent management initiatives and develop leadership capabilities for our front-line management team. In addition, you will play an integral role in supporting our client's team members and driving the success of our company. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct HR support for manufacturing employees in our Suzhou and Malaysia facilities including onboarding, offboarding, coaching managers and employees, identifying and developing training needs, organizing employee engagement and retention efforts, resolving employee relations matters, etc.
  • Partner with leadership to develop succession plan and talent management initiatives for manufacturing operations
  • Develop leadership capabilities of the Operations front-line management
  • Develop career management programs for the production team utilizing an established competency management solution (SkillStation), Growth Performance Dialogue (GPD) performance management tools and processes for the production team
  • Manage and resolve simple to complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Ensure availability to staff, building rapport with individuals, encouraging strong collaborative relationships within and across various departments
  • Responsible for productivity management and sustaining of total compensation and recognition programs strategy
  • Partner with T&D function to design, evaluate, and monitor training programs utilizing established metrics to guide success
  • Act as a primary administrator in maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Accountable for the full life-cycle recruitment process, including developing requisitions, coordinating with internal/external recruiters, and facilitation of new-hire onboarding
  • Develop and publish HR analytics reports to convert insights from people metrics into HR strategies
  • Respond to questions and concerns from employees regarding human resources programs and services and leverage data to drive efficiencies

 

Educational & Language Required: 

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

 

Experience & Special Skills Required

  • 5+ years' experience as an HRBP in a global manufacturing company
  • Demonstrate experience supporting Manufacturing / Operations client groups (exempt and non-exempt employees)
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications. Possessing Excel advanced skills is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and work in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workflow
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Results focused with attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence
  • Works independently with the ability to proactively escalate issues
  • Power BI knowledge preferred
