What you will do

You will lead furnace and test machine investment to meet Suzhou plant capacity increase need, implement Master standards for key processes and train organization.

You will secure compliance of Master standards by regular audits, training operator trainers within specialist area and new technologies, Benchmarking and best practice key process equipment and processes between plants.

You will communicate effectively with other operation functions to improve key process related technical issues, support concept development projects, and maintenance on key machine CI, NPD project to ensure project delivery on time with good quality output and so on.
