Mechanical Engineer

1. 负责机械类新产品研发工作，进行新产品方案设计评审和方案验证，设计变更管理及DFMEA文件输出。
2. 根据产品工况（载荷、温度、腐蚀环境、疲劳寿命等）‌完成关键零部件的材料选型与验证‌；
3. 进口产品本地化生产和国产化可行性研究与落地实施技术支持。
4. 参与样机试制、装配调试与现场问题闭环，推动设计迭代。
5. 编制技术文档：包括设计说明书、BOM表、操作手册、测试报告、专利交底书等。
6. 跟踪行业新材料技术（如轻量化材料、材料复合改性技术），推动轻量化与性能提升。
7. 跟踪行业标准与法规更新，确保设计符合GB、UL、CE或行业特定规范。
8. 协助新产品工艺流程、工装夹具的设计。
9. 协助建立新产品的生产、质量控制体系。
10. 配合供应链，完成关键零部件选型、技术协议签订与成本控制；
11. 配合跨部门协同工作，支持项目按节点交付。
