What you will do

As member of the Production Team, you will report to Production Manager. You will work with colleagues from different functions in Suzhou, and have interactions with colleagues from Malaysia, US, Slovakia and Sweden.

You will drive the 0DOVER Operational Excellence model and implementing operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance.

You will implement 0DOVER OpEx standards and follow up action plans.

You will participates in the training and share experience with others.

You will coordinate and implement continuous improvement initiatives using various Lean methodologies and principles.

You will also support Production Manager in daily shopfloor management.
