POSITION SUMMARY
Lead and coordinate assigned Product Engineering team. Drive efficiency and deliver results for all product related activities and projects within your responsibility. Global alignment with other Product Engineering Managers and teams.
You are also part of the PE management team which comes with a responsibility to lead and drive improvement in how we work internally and cross-functionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coordinate and drive efficiency of the assigned Product Engineering team.
- Lead the local Project Steering Group
- Deliver results, measure (KPI) and report deviations and successes.
- Lead and ensure the development of talents to secure succession and growth.
- Distribute resource according to decisions made at the Steering Group
- Ensure right level of coordination with local plant management as well as other global functions.
- Drive global development of ways of working and standardization.
- Together with peers in other plants - drive the development of related processes (CI).
- Is part of the Local Plant Management Team
- Responsibilities according to POS-2946 valid for all SWEP Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Education: Technical University degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years in similar position
- Language: Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Personality: Middle management leader, drive and result orientation, able to maintain and drive strict instructions, ability to coach, good communication and collaboration skills, high degree of business acumen.
