Core Responsibilities
- Monitoring of the remediation status of SOX deficiencies and timely escalation as needed.
- Assists the Business Process Controls Lead in reporting related activities/tasks.
- Pro-active collaboration with DBS Operations in identifying control process improvement opportunities.
- Supports the timely facilitation of requirements arising from assurance and consulting engagements.
- Coordinates with DBS operations in the timely completion of the quarterly access review for ERPs.
- Coordinates with the Business Process Improvement (BPI) team and tracks the completion status of control impact of continuous improvement initiatives/projects.
- Assists the annual segregation of duties (SOD) review.
- Attends meetings with Business Process Control Lead or other stakeholders.
- Other ad hoc and agreed-upon projects and/or initiatives as assigned.

Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Management or related field preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum five (5) years experienced in the field of audit, controls and risk management preferably in a shared service organization.
- Audit background from reputable audit firms is a plus.
- Experience in managing data in large ERP systems, Oracle EBS and Kingdee preferred.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Ex: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts and Graphs etc.).
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting and facilitating presentations to internal and external stakeholders
