JOB SUMMARY:

Performs tests, daily tasks, and inspections of product according to specifications on drawings, 
Engineering Instructions (EI), and Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)

•  Perform daily tasks and tests as directed by QC Lead
•  Inspect product requirements are compliant to drawings, work orders (WO), and EIs
•  Complete inspection tickets and data collection forms
•  Complete DMR (Defective Materials Report) as indicated on EI 331 or equivalent
•  May assist the Manufacturing Quality Technician (MQT) in performing Fit & Function inspection, 
thermal imaging, and various testing at the QC Fixture

Education:

•  High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED)


Experience:


•  Minimum of 18 months related experience or a total score of 55 in the Q

•  Able to perform basic functions on a computer including sending emails th Microsoft

•  Ability to update Word & Excel documents
•  Able to read and understand work order requirements including having knowledge of the AS400 
system and the various screens, menus, and func that need to be accessed by the inspectors.
•  Ability in the use of the Go-View/ePDM Vault systems to locate and retrie pertinent documents, 
i.e. EIs, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), electrica specifications, and SIPs
•  Demonstrated proficiency navigating AS400 to perform QC tasks (i.e. view print work order, bill 
of materials, quantities

Mathematical Abilities:

•  Intermediate math skills in areas such as addition and subtraction of frac conversion of 
fraction to decimals, conversion from customary to metric s
