Technical Service Engineer

What you will do:

1. 在特定領域內執行下列職責，

12. 現場售前支持,機台銷售推廣
13. 在現場設備的安裝以及最終使用者培訓
14. 簽訂機台保養協議(對象:續約/過保固/無協議)
15. 定期安排及上門預防性維護保養
16. 現場故障排除和維修設備以及軟硬體的升級
17. 客戶關係維護，促進消耗品的持續增長
18. 新策略推廣與執行

2. 促進和教育顧客對馬肯-依瑪士產品的規範操作，包括安全環保和品質. 保持良好的客戶關係以達到最大客戶滿意度。
3. 根據客戶類別和客戶需求的緊急程度做好計畫安排，並確保服務前的準備工作。
4. 正確完整地填寫服務報表以及與服務活動相關的報告，並向直接上級或有關內外部客戶及時提交。
5. 積極跟進應收賬款，與直接主管溝通; 並與客戶進行談判，直到AR解決。
6. 確保公司提供的設備如工具、手機、電腦、車輛、技術文檔等要完整，並保持良好的運作狀態
7. 積極參與“持續改進計畫”，確保及時的將產品品質、缺陷等向公司回饋。
8. 遵守公司的政策，即資訊通信技術政策（ICT），員工手冊，安全和車間5S；在客戶工廠內遵守客戶的政策和法規。
9. 執行其他有關職責的直接上級或管理部的分配工作

​​​​​​​What you need to have:

1. 專科/本科，機械或電子相關的學歷背景
2. 具備能滿足工作用需求之安全車輛
3. 5年以上的相關領域的服務經驗，快速消費品、電子和機械類優先
4. 具有電氣基本知識或電子、氣動、液壓和機械系統理論和解決能力, 診斷並提供解決問題的辦法。在非標準化情況下，具有創新理念並能獨立地解決問題。
5. 具備較好的人際和客戶關係管理技能。與客戶發生衝突時，可以通過不同方式有技巧的溝通和談判。
6. 獨立主動地完成工作。
7. 具有基本的電腦知識，並能熟練的使用日常處理軟體（如Word、Excel等）
8. 良好的台語,中文口頭和書面表達能力；基本的英語讀寫能力，能夠較好地理解技術手冊及文檔。
9. 願意並能夠隨時在指定的服務區域出差。
10. 自覺學習，靈活應用，積極進取，團隊精神,並致力於落實公司的核心價值觀，代表公司專業形象，推動客戶和供應商的信任。
