Job Summary:  The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin). The candidate will be the subject matter expert (SME) in CPC’s Thermal Management’s  target markets; in particular a strong focus on applications within hyperscale data center liquid cooled server and rack systems. In addition, this candidate will have strong sales acumen for identifying and developing opportunities.  The ideal candidate will work and on-board our strategic customers and integrators located in Taiwan as well as targeted locations in USA related to Taiwan activity. This remote, home based position, reports directly to the Business Development & Applications Manger – Thermal Management; as well as maintaining strong collaboration with the West-Coast ADM,  China ADM and CPC’s Asia Pacific field sales channel.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Confirming customers’ language preference and assisting them in their preferred manner.
  • Onboarding and ensuring customer success on targeted legacy CPC USA-based projects moving to Taiwan
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
  • Build strong relationships and networking with strategic customers, influencers and partners.
  • Conduct regular product training and information sessions for targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
  • Manage key accounts.
  • Develop strategies for penetration, expansion, and adoption of our products in the Thermal Management network.
  • Be a technical resource and point person with our Regional Sales Managers.
  • Perform VOC and establish customer needs; competitive advantages, and opportunities to position/reposition products to maximize market penetration.
  • Leverage CRM to manage opportunities, application details and large account management.
  • Actively participate in Thermal Management events and trade shows.

Travel:

  • Travel on a quarterly basis
  • Domestic and international (U.S.A. and China) travel

 

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related business, science or engineering degree (technical degree preferred)
  • 5+ years in customer facing technical or sales roles.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using English and Chinese (Mandarin) in a professional capacity.
  • Ability to flex hours to be available to support both Central Standard time as well as Taipei Standard time
  • Ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organizations including specifying engineers, purchasing, and upper management.
  • Professional self-starter who thrives in working in an autonomous environment.
  • Must have strong time management skills
  • A solid sales acumen, with the ability to promote “value.”
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer centric mentality.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal groups and external customers.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain formal programs for large account management.
  • Previous employment at a manufacturer using liquid cooling for electronics.
  • Understanding thermal architecture for electronic systems.
  • Experience with CRM programs.
  • Experience with ERP Programs; especially Oracle
  • Ability to leverage social media.
