Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures and systems in compliance with the policies of corporate EHS as well as local government and make the necessary and effective adjustment.
  • Go through the workshop and make sure EHS policies and procedures be followed strictly and indicate the wrong actions immediately.
  • Observe carefully on procedures of operation and put forward reasonable advice on EHS and discuss with operators/team leaders/department head and take effective actions if necessary.
  • Daily follow up the action plans and coordinate with the related employees to complete in a timely manner.
  • Work with the production team to work out the JSA and make the update every year.
  • Change the Safety First culture in PSG Tianjin plant. More EHS training to employees and stresses the safety as FIRST in production and keep the records.
  • Make annual EHS training plan and organize safety training (lecture, drills, practice, safety information, broadcasting, newspaper and other ways) to the employees as well as the contractors.
  • Incident analysis/reporting and take effective corrective actions to avoid such incident, and review the incident happened.
  • Have a good relationship with the relevant authorities such as Safety Bureau and Environment Protection Bureau.
  • Performs additional duties and projects as assigned


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience as EHS role, preferred in manufacturing industry
  • Familiar with related EHS laws
  • Good communication
