POSITION SUMMARY

This position reports to the Director of Marketing with the responsibility of managing the execution of digital and traditional marketing initiatives with precision and speed to help TWG build a world-class manufacturing B2B marketing center of excellence.

This position is also responsible for, with authority to follow ISO procedures, initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute to problem solutions, verify implementation of solutions, control further processing when a problem is identified, protect the environment, including preventing pollution, analyzing or identifying areas for correction or improvement.

 

This position will contribute to the success of the operations of TWG by performing the following duties personally as listed in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities section as directed.  Other essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (functions):  TWG expects that all employees will work safely without injury maintaining the highest safety standards in compliance with Company safety policies.

 

  1. Create and manage content creation for TWG blog, email, social, SEM programs as well as production using HubSpot.
  2. Manages the social media sites and social content and strategy execution.
  3. Manages eCommerce product image and content.
  4. Create and manage demand generation program via email and social channels.
  5. Create and manage video promotions and internal video production needs.
  6. Works in coordination with the Director of Marketing in supporting new product development marketing programs.
  7. Responsible for creating and facilitating Google AdWords and LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns.
  8. Responsible for maintaining TWG website and future website redesigns.
  9. Supports the planning and execution of sales enablement campaigns.
  10. Responsible for optimizing and executing marketing and sales lead conversion processes.
  11. Supports the planning and execution of TWG trade shows and sales events.
  12. Responsible for marketing analytics measurement and monitoring.
  13. Responsible for TWG sales artifact creation and management.
  14. Responsible for managing and maintaining marketing promotional inventory.

 

 

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related degree
  2. Must have a high-performance drive, be a passionate and enthusiastic team player
  3. Proficient in photo and video editing and production
  4. Deep knowledge of web design principles
  5. Strong project management skills.
  6. Experience working with ABM program execution
  7. Strong written and verbal skills for internal and external communications.
  8. Previous experience as a marketing manager.
  9. A critical thinker who approaches projects and deliverables with a high sense of urgency and integrity.
  10. Open to growth opportunities, learning and develop new skills.

 

Preferred:

  1. Master’s Degree in marketing or related degree
  2. eCommerce content and catalog management.
  3. Deep knowledge of Social platforms, WordPress, HubSpot, and the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  4. Website building and technical implementation launches.
  5. Proven track record as a sales-driven marketing professional.
