Plan and monitor the maintenance of all the production equipment in order to achieve 100% machine availability.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the maintenance and the repair of the machines, equipment, facility used in production,
- React quickly and professionally to avoid extended equipment downtime.
- Organize and carry out the routine preventative maintenance of the machines.
- Organize and manage the stock of spare parts registered in ERP system for furnaces and other machines.
- Owner of spare parts program for all equipment, including risk assessment of top failure modes to determine what to stock, ordering and replenishing parts, updating program as a function of CI.
- On call when needed.
- Act as facilitator between external contractors and internal operation for repair and installation work including assisting in contractor with tasks.
- Own and lead TPM in facility
- Assist to maintain plant’s safety and 5S especially with regard to the machines, equipment, and facility.
- Ensure maintenance and repair works are carried out compliant to the Environmental Management System requirements especially in handling chemicals and waste.
• Participate in machine, equipment and facility improvement activities
- Maintain a good level of communication with the other supervisors / team leaders
- Report problems and/or non-conformances to the Engineering Manager and propose improvements
- Practice basic housekeeping daily
- Work with machine operators in training and coaching of best practices
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
- Use PPE and safety equipment as required.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in safety training and drills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- 5+ years exp in manufacturing maintenance role
- Exposure in an ISO certified (EMS & QMS) manufacturing environment.
- Electrical and mechanical skills and knowledge of PLCs.
- Proficient in industrial, mechanical and pneumatic machinery
- Working knowledge of OSHA, building codes and safety practices

- Computer literate
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative.
Work Arrangement : Onsite
Weekend Shift - Friday through Sunday 6AM to 6:30 PM
