This position reports to the Materials Manager for the supervision and daily operations of one or more areas of a manufacturing facility such as Cycle Counting, Shipping / Receiving and Warehouse. 

Essential Responsibilities:  



  • Associate or technical degree in business or related field; three to five years successful experience; 3 years minimum experience in a supervisory / manager capacity; or equivalent successful combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to travel as required and /or directed.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the supervision of employees to include the overall direction, mentoring and training of department employees in accordance with the values and policies of TWG and Dover Corporation and complies with applicable federal, state and local laws.
  • Provides leadership by being safety-focused, motivating, inspiring and an enthusiastic role model creating an environment that stimulates others to follow and be part of the change process.  Models a personal leadership style that includes self-awareness.
  • Works with Leadership Team and Human Resources to attract, develop and retain talent in accordance with all applicable Company policies, and creates an environment that recognizes and maximizes the potential of all employees; where cross functional teamwork flourishes and strategic objectives are met or exceeded.

  • Proficiency using the Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, communication systems, computer systems, software systems, operating systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and other related programs.
