Position Summary

You will be part of the Systems & Payment Product management team in the EMEA region. In this new role we are looking for a Junior Product & Project Manager to join the team that is focused on Prizma, the Point-of-Sale system for EMEA, and its wider connected ecosystem (products, connected devices and API services). In this role, you will support customers to deliver product enhancements into the market. You will act as a bridge between customers, sales managers and engineering teams. In doing so you are focused on analyzing requests, preparing proposals, and managing projects from order to delivery.   This position is an excellent opportunity to grow into Product Management while gaining hands-on experience in customer interaction, product knowledge, and project execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as an analyst for customer requests, translating requirements into clear product change proposals;
  • Prepare offers and quotations for requested product changes;
  • Plan and manage customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution;
  • Ensure clear communication with customers, from initial request through to final delivery;
  • Collaborate closely with experienced product managers and engineering teams to align on priorities and solutions;
  • Develop strong functional product knowledge to deliver product demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Develop & maintain product documentation;
  • Contribute to shaping the product roadmap and innovation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market trends;
  • Grow in the role of product/project manager to lead larger customer programs from A to Z (cost, timing, deliverables) in collaboration with engineering teams, commercial team, distributors and customer;
  • You are part of a multifunctional team with a broad range of responsibilities, as such a high degree of flexibility in your daily work is required.

 

Profile:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Creative and analytical thinker, able to think “out of the box”;
  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow in both product and project management;
  • Customer driven;
  • Able to work with deadlines in a dynamic project-based environment;
  • Team player, growth mindset and able to work independently;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus;
  • Interest in technology, point-of-sale or retail solutions is a plus;
  • Possess a unique blend of business and technical.
