Summary:

This position requires precision assembly operations on Hi-Rel Space Qualified switches, coaxial and wave guides.

Typical Responsibilities:

Read and understand drawing, manufacturing instructions, and all required documentation
Must be willing to work in a Clean Room environment, either Class 100,000 or Class 100 (bunny Suits)
The assembly process requires significant use of a microscope
Assembles,, and performs basic adjustment on various products under minimum supervision
Must be familiar with precision measurement tools and equipment required to perform all assembly processes to complete the product
Performs other duties as assigned
Responsible for quality of parts being processed

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

High School graduate or equivalent preferred
At least 2-3 years experience in related electro-mechanical assembly
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Work independently when required
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Physical Requirements:

Able to read documents and computer screens
Able to move around an office building and up stairs
Able to sit/stand for long periods of time
Able to type on a computer keyboard
Able to communicate through a telephone
Able to communicate with co-workers

Pay Range: $24.50 - $28.00 per hour
