Current Product Marketing Specialist’s primary role is to coordinate process and global product commercialization for the already existing portfolio of products & for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.

He/She will line up and deploy the tactical tasks for development organization and drive results in the commercial teams and market. Product Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in product launches and promotions. Must possess a unique blend of business and technical understanding, a big-picture vision, creativity, and practical approach to prioritization.

 

 

What you will do:

 

•             Coordinate the NPI process, plan and drive product launch deliverables including pricing, positioning and applications targeting to support sales, marketing, and go-to-market

•             Support the Development of marketing plans for the product portfolio in conjunction with regional Sales Team

•             Create compelling product messaging and to produce product data sheets, white papers, battlecards, and other collateral

•             Support the Development of portfolio pricing and discount ranges for global markets

•             Coordinate the setup of the product in the ERP system

•             Collaborate with sales to perform competitive research of functions, market share, business structure, pricing, market timing considerations, and relevant industry standards

•             Collaborate with sales channels, provide support, enablement, and training

•             Provide pre-sales support helping to address technical requests and questions

•             Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to provide reporting, forecasting and revise strategies.

 

 

What you need to have:

 

•             Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or Engineering/Science

•             5+ years of product marketing experience with product marketing and market-facing activities

•             Superior communicator (strong, out-going leader and builder of consensus) with ability to communicate to sales teams, partners, and customers.

•             Experience with marketing of technologies such as advanced industrial systems, cloud, mobile, vision systems in B2B setting

•             Experience with ERP and CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce will be a plus.)

•             A keen eye for detail and creativity

•             Availability for domestic and international travel (estimated to 20% of time)

•             Fluent in English & Polish.
