EMEA Inventory Planner

Location: Readiness to work from our current location at 39 Farbiarska Street in Warsaw till the 2nd quarter of 2025, when we are opening our new facility at 105 Katowicka Avenue in Kajetany.

The Role

 

The EMEA Inventory planner, reporting to the Global Inventory and Planning Manager, will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the inventory in our main European production and distribution sites. This role involves the control of key supply parameters and a close collaboration with other supply chain departments and project teams to ensure that inventory and service levels are maintained at optimal levels.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Define and maintain supply parameters as per Plan For Every Part (PFEP) policy, in order to keep Service Level and Inventory health indicators at the expected level.
  • Drive Root cause Analysis and corrective actions in link with Service level and Inventory health indicators.
  • Identify inventory profile optimization and scrap reduction opportunities, define and monitor action plans with departments in charge of the execution.
  • Control the respect of standard Material Requirement Planning processes in collaboration with procurement, production and logistics teams.
  • Monitor Regional intra / intercompany inventory, identify deviations and improvement opportunities in collaboration with procurement teams.
  • Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and more specifically to the weekly Master Production Schedule process, focusing on inventory and recovery plans when needed.
  • Act as a key member of New Product Introduction, Phase out or Flow change project teams.
  • Manage / Generate spare part statistical forecasts.
  • Support local teams in forecast analysis and communication process.

 

What you need to have:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Supply Chain Management certification is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar role
  • Ability to analyze and interpret supply chain data
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (mainly Excel) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
