Electronic Engineer

We are looking for a passionate, open minded and confident engineer who wants to use their experience and skills, to be a member of a new innovative team, within a global company, developing next generation of products.

You’ll be part of an entrepreneurial and agile team developing, implementing, validating, and maintaining electronic/electric systems and PCB designs for future printing systems with primary focus on lasers. You will have an opportunity to work with talented engineers in a global environment, building complex products, from proof of concept to production, targeted to meet our customers’ needs and the strategic objectives.

 

 

What you will do:

 

  • Design and test PCBAs to provide power and control of laser systems.
  • Support the manufacturing and sourcing teams.
  • Research, champion, facilitate and improve best practices and tools to increase team efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
  • Design electronic devices in the field of high technology.
  • Cooperation with the Purchasing and Planning departments and the company's warehouse in the field of assembling components for prototype assembly.
  • Preparing and placing orders for components and sub-assemblies for prototypes.
  • Identify the root cause of any quality issues that occur during prototype assembly.
  • Preparation, verification, and correction of BOMs.
  • Preparation of documentation and projects of electronics, cable harnesses and automation for the production of devices.
  • Identification of design features causing technological problems and initiative in presenting proposals for their solution.
  • Cooperation with engineers in assessing the designed construction solutions and their impact on the production process and applied technologies.
  • This position may require some domestic and international travel up to 10%

 

 

What you need to have:

 

  • Engineering Degree in Electronics
  • A minimum of 3 years hands on experience working as Electronic Engineer with current technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to see problems as an opportunity
  • Experience in EMC-compliant PCB design and troubleshooting, excellent knowledge of EDA software, e.g. Altium Designer
  • Knowledge of Electronic Embedded Systems and C programming
  • RTOS implementation familiarity would be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of FPGA designs
  • VHDL language and Phyton knowledge would be a plus
  • Be familiar with soldering techniques, incl. manual skills
  • Industrial integration and industrial automation experience, nice to have
  • Respective ISO standards and regulatory compliance familiarity is nice to have
  • Good English skills, ensuring easy verbal and written communication across different levels of the organization
