Whilst based in Warsaw you’ll be part of the Global Process Engineering team and reporting to the Global Industrial Engineering Leader located in France.

Your main challenges will be to define, implement and lead a global organization (manufacturing infrastructure, skills, resources, process & tools) to standardize and support the firmware / hardware release, test and encryptions processes globally.

What you will do:

 

  • Deploy, standardize, sustain and improve the manufacturing processes, infrastructure & equipment’s for embedded software / hardware and associated encryption methods / protocols,
  • Develop PE skills, resources, tools, new methods & technologies to ensure successful deployment of new or upgraded software/ hardware in serial production for all Product Divisions (Laser, TTO, Print & Apply, Hot melt) worldwide,
  • Support Engineering (Software, Electrical, Hardware) and IT to develop 1st level troubleshooting protocols / tools that you and your team will use in serial production or for new product introduction,
  • Be involved in early development phases to ensure that Supply Chain requirements (cost, capex, location, resources, quality, efficiency…) are considered by Engineering.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic manufacturing projects, ensuring that the processes are robust, efficient, and properly documented: new product introductions (NPI), Engineering changes of our current products, Supply Chain projects, etc.
  • Set Internal multi skills team and external “tank” of required skillset (to be defined with IT & Engineering) to support your activity,
  • Manage third party contractors for tools, tasks, services that are needed,
  • Work closely with our selected contract manufacturers (software, hardware) to support or improve the operational activity,
  • Organize training through Supply Chain linked to new software / hardware release, IT architecture, PCBA release, etc.

 

 

What you need to have:

 

 

  • Degree in electrical or software / hardware process engineering, with 10 years of experience in deploying and standardizing manufacturing & testing equipment / infrastructure for embedded software / hardware and encryptions solutions,
  • Experience in standardization of processes, infrastructures, and equipment multi sites worldwide,
  • Fundamentals in Software (structure, 1st coding level, block diagram), hardware and associated testing equipment’s, experience in encryption methods and associated IT architecture will be a plus,
  • Ability to work in a team environment and negotiate solutions with hardware / software/ IT / IT architect,
  • Experience in project management,
  • Good knowledge of Windows, WindChill, JIRA, SAP or similar operational tool,
  • Fluent in English and Polish,
  • Availability to travel internationally: 25%. Induction will be held in France & US.
