As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will partner with our communications professionals, public relations, marketing and strategic business stakeholders to ensure communications are aligned with the product positioning and audience needs.
What you will do:
- Create and drive the yearly content calendar and work cross functional with all departments and commercial zones
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on product communication plans (vision, strategy, execution, budget) and ensure that those are aligned with the overall Global communications plan and strategies
- Drive the creation of external content like product marketing assets (e.g. flyer and brochure), blog articles, video, photo sessions, and external case studies – mastering messaging and converting technical content into marketing content.
- Work closely with the Commercial Division and support them rolling-out off and on-line product marketing campaigns, monitor progress and report on results
- Project manage external resources, internal partners and personal workload
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communication or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one additional European language would be of advantage
- At least 3 years of proven work experience in a communication role., including 1-2 years of experience writing content in different formats
- Proven track record working in an international, ideally industrial or tech, B2B environment, producing content driving qualified leads and delivering KPIs
- Experience with common Marketing tools like Adobe Suite, Canva and proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and email tools like Hubspot, Pardot or Mailchimp
- Ability to work in a team or independently and to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; strong time management and organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a data-driven mindset and willingness to accept feedback
