The Pipeline Analyst will work cross functionally providing support on business data analysis, sales pipeline monitoring and will actively drive growth of the laser product pipeline. He/She will identify and analyze market-specific business opportunities within a specific industry, product, and customer segment. Will consult and support the development of market strategies and sales activities.


The Business Support Analyst will be a part of the Laser Product Division and report to the Product Marketing Manager in Poland.


What you will do:

  • Analyze regional and global data in support of pipeline development and sales forecasts
  • Provide insights, identify gaps, and take active measures to support sales organization to accomplish goals
  • Identify and qualify opportunities to establish a pipeline which will meet targets and grow market share
  • Monitor key projects and opportunity development, propose corrective actions, and oversee completion
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to provide reporting, forecasting and revise strategies
  • Support the creation of a business plan for selected sales entities, ensuring focus on core customers, prospects, and vertical markets
  • Support the creation of the value proposition and win strategy for qualified opportunities, and work with the regional marketing and sales team to provide support with sales leads
  • Analyze and understand market developments in the target industry, product segment and territory. Consult on initiatives and concepts for business development to support the overall sales plan


What you need to have:

  • Ideally degree in Finance, Business, Business Administration or similar.
  • 3+ year experience in a data management/analysis role or other that includes data analysis and reporting - proven experience in data manipulation, analysis, and reports creation with the goal to propose actions
  • Experience in monitoring multiple projects to drive progress and meet business goals
  • Previous work in a dynamic environment, ideally in an international business
  • Experience with ERP and CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce will be a plus)
  • A keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills allied to a numerical dexterity
  • Basic experience in managing projects: ability to manage multiple plans, tools, dashboards, etc. and ensure successful execution of parallel activities
  • Fluent in English & Polish
