Process Engineer Team Leader

As a Process Engineer Team Leader, you will supervise a team of technicians and process engineers to manage industrialization of new products. You will take part in industrial projects and provide expertise on serial production.

What you will do:

• Define, develop, validate, and implement new manufacturing processes for Markem-Imaje products.
• Create, validate, and implement operational documents such as manufacturing instruction and technical process documentation.
• Ensure the tools definition and budget, identify suppliers in cooperation with sourcing team, ensure the implementation of process qualification reports (capex, tooling design).
• Contribute to reach cost, quality, and performances target for mass production.
• Lead periodic collaborative management with the entire team to monitor and manage the progress of each employee's tasks.
• Organize individual follow-ups with team members to manage current topics, share progress and points of success or issues in their scope of work.
• Organize, coordinate, set priorities for the team to achieve the overall objectives set by the leadership.
• Maintain the team skills matrix. (Leaders, experts, support.)
• Define training needs to maintain the team at the right level of performances.

What you need to have:

• Degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably for complex electro-mechanical systems e.g., Medical devices, Aeronautics, contract manufacturers
• Proven experience in successful development of manufacturing processes
• Experience in team and project management
• Good knowledge of methodologies: Six Sigma, lean, DFM/DFA, PFMEA, DOE, etc.
• Good knowledge of CAD (Inventor& Creo), WindChill, JIRA, SAP
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Availability to travel internationally: 5-10%.
