Procurement Manager

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the team of Procurement Specialists and strategically managing the company's procurement process. Your primary objective is to ensure the effective operation of the procurement process, cost optimization, and maintenance of high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Supervise the daily activities of Procurement Specialists, providing support, development, and motivation for the team.
• Strategic Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and budgetary requirements.
• Negotiation and Contract Management: Conduct negotiations with suppliers, establish favorable terms and conditions in contracts.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve procurement processes, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement effective solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the procurement process, prepare reports, and analysis.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Production, Production Planning, and Warehouse to ensure continuous supply and meet business needs.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to deliveries, material quality, or order timeliness.

Requirements:

• Experience in a managerial position in the procurement department, preferably in the machinery assembly or other technical industry.
• Knowledge of procurement tools and processes, including ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Readiness to work from our current location at 39 Farbiarska Street in Warsaw till the 2nd quarter of 2025, when we are opening our new facility at 105 Katowicka Avenue in Kajetany
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team, motivate employees, and resolve conflicts.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Higher education (preferably in management, logistics, or economics).
• Very good command of the English language.
