Procurement Specialist

The Role:

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist based in Warsaw, Poland, reporting to Supply Chain Operations Manager. You’ll have the opportunity to cooperate with our suppliers, Site Planner and Production Team and monitor any issues to meet our customers requirements. We are looking for an individual who is driven, motivated and looking for a challenge.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze MRP results to create purchase orders for raw materials
• Manage master data for raw materials
• Daily cooperation with suppliers to monitor PO status, update the dates in SAP
• Keeping daily control on the stock level basing on company standards
• Prepare other orders (PO, PR) according to the company needs
• Clarify any issues with vendors invoices
• Reporting of the KPI of the scope
• Cooperation with Warehouse in terms of incoming materials
• Cooperation with Production Team and Site Planner regarding priorities for deliveries
• Cooperation with Sourcing Team to support the negotiations and suppliers optimization.

What you´ll need to have:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience on a similar position including work with SAP is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a variety of activities at the same time in cross functional environment
• Great analytical skills
• Very good command of Excel
• Ability to communicate in English and Polish
