Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist based in Warsaw (Kajetany). Your main responsibility will be to ensure all the required components are available to the Production Team.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze MRP results to create purchase orders for parts e.g., LED’s, capacitors, screws, sleeves, and components required to manufacture industrial printers
• Cooperate with suppliers to monitor PO status, update the data in SAP
• Keep daily control on the stock level based on company standards
• Clarify any issues with vendors invoices
• Report of the KPI of the scope
• Cooperate with Warehouse, Production, Planning and Sourcing Teams

What you´ll need to have:

• Previous experience on a similar position, preferably in machine building/technical industry
• Great analytical skills
• Problem solving skills
• Very good command of Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Polish
• Experience with LEAN tools (8D, 5 Why’s, Ishikawa Diagram) SAP and PowerBI is an advantage
• Readiness to work from our current location at 39 Farbiarska Street in Warsaw till the 2nd quarter of 2025, when we are opening our new facility at 105 Katowicka Avenue in Kajetany
