The Role

We are looking for a Site Planner based in Warsaw, Poland, reporting to Supply Chain Operations Manager. You’ll have the opportunity to plan our production activities, cooperate with Sales and Procurement Teams and monitor any issues to meet our customers requirements. We are looking for an individual who is driven, motivated and looking for a challenge.

What you’ll do:

• MPS management basing on forecasts and sales orders
• Production planning in SAP system – analyze MRP, launch production orders, confirming raw materials and other resources availability, ensure the update in real time
• Closing production orders in SAP, COGI
• Manage the master data for the parts
• Reporting of the KPI of the scope
• Cooperation with Sales Team and Customer Service in terms of delivery dates to the customers
• Cooperation with Production Team regarding priorities, resources, efficiency, production progress
• Cooperation with Procurement Team to secure materials availability and optimize purchasing process

What you´ll need to have:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience on a similar position including work with SAP is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time in cross functional environment
• Great analytical skills
• Ability to communicate in English and Polish
