Warehouse Team Leader

As our Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Warehouse Operators, coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring process efficiency, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

What you will do:

• Supervise the warehouse and coordinate the activities of the team
• Optimize warehouse processes and implement improvements to increase work efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and the process of picking and shipping goods
• Take responsibility for meeting delivery dates and completing customer orders
• Apply HSE rules and instructions
• Lead continuous improvement action plans with the warehouse team and other departments
• Prepare reports on warehouse activity and present the results to company management
• Collaborate with suppliers and couriers to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean and tidy

What you need to have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse management position
• Proficiency in an ERP with a WMS (SAP is a plus)
• Good work organization and planning of tasks in the warehouse
• Operational knowledge of International Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Automatic Storage Systems, Kanban
• Continuous improvement and problem-solving methods (LDM, PDCA, 8DO, 5S, ...)
• Proficient in office tools (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)
• English: ability to understand and communicate in writing
• Ability to work in a team and make quick decisions under time pressure
