Dover is in the midst of large digital transformation and we also opened up Dover digital labs in Massachusetts. Reporting to VP of Software Engineering, the Director of SaaS Solutions role is responsible for SaaS revenue operations automation. This includes working with cross functional & cross-company personnel and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with and leading the Digital & Opco teams in the design, development, production deployment and maintenance of the SaaS revenue operations solutions.


Prior experience communicating the vision and strategy in bold, persuasive terms gaining buy-in within the organization and from external stakeholders. You will be accessible, yet an independent thinker, embracing and synthesizing disparate views. You should be comfortable managing "what if" scenarios and manage a high degree of ambiguity well. Creativity in problem identification and resolution and a relentless drive to carry out company goals and objectives. A can-do attitude is a must. Data-driven decision making; however, you will have the experience and skill-set to leverage intuition to make decisions in uncertain times or ambiguous situations.


Role and Responsibilities


  • Lead SaaS revenue operations automation strategy, execution.
  • Lead the platform build that can be extended to support Dover operating company SaaS revenue automation
  • Create SaaS revenue operations CoE to help onboard new products as well as maintaining onboarded solutions
  • Responsible for overall success and delivery of the rollouts.
  • Manage a small development team directly & through matrix structure
  • Collaborate with and Influence operating companies in understanding and streamlining their revenue operations processes
  • Responsible for architecture, design, development, post production enhancement & maintenance of key revenue generating SaaS solutions
  • Manage vendors and the contracts for maintaining the development within the budget
  • Work collaboratively with Digital program & project managers, Opco teams for successful on time delivery of solutions
  • Collect, Analyze and document requirements for SaaS revenue operations portal application.
  • Provide technical mentorship and project guidance to teams.
  • Establish solid development, project governance, deployment best practices.
  • Report out project status, metrics to senior leadership.
  • You are a creator of focus and a driver to delivery against that focus - be it for digital internal or Opco, customer related initiatives.
  • Engage with senior-level corporate and operating company leadership to build relationships, provide executive presence and presentations.
  • Support and maintain high morale among the team.

  • Be player-coach and provide hands-on leadership to the team & elevate the team efficiency.



  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • 12+ years in the Software industry experience and IT development.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience with Software development teams
  • Proven experience with
    • product strategy and communication to business executives and technical audience
    • leading architects, cross functional large development teams with agile development methodologies & automated testing, deployment practises.
  • Experience with ERP, Financial, Software licensing and other IT backoffice systems is a solid advantage
  • Experience with middleware technologies
  • Experience with ETL, REST APIs, databases
  • Experience with multi tenant SaaS application development
  • Strong experience with technical project management
