As a Document Control Administrator at Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by administering processes related to document control of drawings, parts lists, change orders, QMS forms, work instructions, etc.

Primary Responsiblites:

  • Enters and maintains electronic data for product BOM’s
  • Enters / administers engineering change orders within IFS (ERP system)
  • Assigns and manages the part numbering system
  • Administers the new product release and change process
  • Files, distributes, copies and maintains engineering documentation, including IFS processes
  • Administers part number maintenance and interpretation of data from and to various types of documents
  • Assists Configuration Management in reviewing change orders (CO’s) for accuracy
  • Assists engineering in writing CO’s
  • Reviews, revises and updates QMS forms, work instructions and procedures
  • Manages the change process of QMS documents

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to interface effectively with internal customers
  • Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to master IFS modules

 

Requirements Include:

  • Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have a minimum of two years of office/clerical experience
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • High level of accuracy and data entry skills required
