OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Operations Director and working alongside our Planning Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for co-ordinating and planning our Production schedules, working across the Production team with our Cell Leads, Purchasing, Quality, our Machine Shop, Stores And Logistics,

as well more widely with Sales and Finance. 

You’ll also bring your experience and knowledge to:

• Analyze, identify and propose solutions to risks and issues.
• Monitor plans considering wins, issues and improvements.
• Complete agreed analysis and reporting requirements.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of our new ERP system.

To be successful, you’ll have experience in the following:

• Working in a planning/scheduling role to meet the job description responsibilities.
• Finding, analysing and updating multiple data sources, across multiple departments.
• Using data to update plans, prepare reports and contribute to presentations and meetings.
• Responding effectively to change and finding workable resolutions to challenges.
• Seeking clarification of customer needs: internal and external – application, specification and timescale.
