We are now recruiting a WAVE GUIDE ENGINEER to join our highly knowledgeable Engineering team, in a role where your contributions will protect and connect people around the globe and literally take you out of this world in space exploration!

Every day will be different and you’ll use and build upon your existing knowledge to contribute and lead on research, design and development project activities. This will include calculations, design, and testing against quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance.

As well as stress testing, software modelling and optimisation and product usability, to meet Company and customer standards and requirements.

You’re enquiring mind will see you analyse and provide solutions to identified issues and risks, contribute to technical and manufacturing reviews and help calculate technical quotations with Sales colleagues.

To be successful, you’ll have or be working towards the following:

• A degree or equivalent level qualification in an electrical or electronics discipline.
• Knowledge and Experience in the following areas:

• Software modelling and test activities in engineering design.
• Filter design including understanding & delivering customer requirements.
• EM simulation tools for filter design CST, HFSS etc
• Microwave design tools AWR, ADS etc and software modelling and test activities.

• Contributing to technical reviews and discussions.
• Working in a team environment to complete projects.
• Researching topics, writing reports & making recommendations.
