Marketing Manager, South East Asia (Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore) & Oceania

We're looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager for our Southeast Asian and Oceania territory that bring skills in B2B marketing tactics for brand building and lead generation. In your role you will design and implement marketing strategies to grow our business. Your main stakeholders are the regional Zone Directors and Sales but you will work closely with the local Global MarCom teams to implement global initiatives and product launches. 

We want to expand our team with a B2B marketing expert who knows how to trigger audience interest, interactions through engaging content and campaigns – always reflecting our brand value and unique selling points. Your attitude should exude positivity and energy, with a passion to embark on a high-pace marketing and brand journey.  

 

What you will do: 

  • Prepares and launches global or local marketing campaigns – awareness, brand, NPI or lead generation. Measures and communicates results/objectives, conducts an analysis of their effectiveness.
  • Prepares and initiates communication related to end-of-life or out-of-support out-of-product phases.
  • Train and support users on CRM and Quoting tools as super user.
  • Proofreading for validation of the translation of documents 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Analyze competitive landscape, share of market and product positioning for leading next strategy to global and commercial team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to design and execute effective, localized marketing campaigns aligned with Head Office guidelines.
  • Plan and manage local and regional advertising, promotional activity and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, supporting and enabling their local marketing efforts.
  • Lead the coordination of event sponsorships, trade shows, and community engagement activities.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign performance, ROI and effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and compliance with corporate marketing standards.
  • Building and managing marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Work with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing execution.

  

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development or Sales 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one additional language would be of advantage 
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar Marketing Manager roles including high focus on digital marketing.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite tools, especially Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and Acrobat. 
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications 
  • Ability to work in a team or independently and to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment 
  • Strong time management and organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Self-motivated with a data-driven mindset and willingness to accept feedback
