Key Responsibilities主要职责:

1. 根据生产计划、销售预测、库存与订单等信息，编制物料需求计划。
2. 监控物料库存水平，确保物料供应与生产需求相匹配，避免缺料或呆滞。
3. 定期分析物料消耗数据，及时调整计划策略，优化安全库存设置和采购批量。
4. 向供应商释放采购订单并跟踪订单交付进度，必要时及时调整交付要求。
5. 处理物料交付过程中的异常情况（如交期延误、简单质量问题等）。
6. 供应商对账、督促开票；不良品、及异常货物退换货。
7. 相关供应商费用需求处理（如有偿维修等）。
8. 配合执行供应商管理、物料工程变更管理等相关工作。
9. 完成上级交办的其他与物料计划、采购跟单、供应商管理相关的临时性工作。

Candidate Experience and Qualification经验和资格要求:

1. 1. 1. 1. 大专及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、电子信息、电气自动化等相关专业。
         2. 5年以上制造业物料计划与采购跟单相关工作经验，熟悉PCBA相关零件、熟悉电器部件者优先。
         3. 掌握物料需求计划制定逻辑、熟悉采购跟单全流程与操作规范，有使用ERP的相关经验。
         4. 熟练使用Excel等办公软件，具备一定的数据分析能力。
         5. 逻辑思维清晰、为人正直、有耐心，对工作严肃认真，有责任感，有服务意识。
         6. 具备良好风险识别、合规意识、管理意识与控制能力。
         7. 具备良好的团队协作意识，能够适应快节奏工作。
