工作职责：

1. 设计并开发充电桩产品或对现有产品、部件或组件等进行改良，以满足客户的技术/功能规格要求以及制造成本/效率需求；
2. 开展数学建模，以确定拟议设计方案在技术上是否可行；
3. 支持并参与原型的设计、测试、修改、制作和组装；及充电桩专属制造生产工艺及设备的设计；
4. 解决设计过程中难题，在政策、实践和程序方面，对自身工作领域之外的人员施加影响；
5. 充电桩技术团队的管理等

岗位要求：

1. 全日制本科学历，电气工程、电力电子、机械电子、自动化等专业；
2. 8年以上充电桩相关产品研发经验，3年以上团队管理经验；
3. 具备出色的技术规划、项目管理与成本控制能力；能有效平衡技术先进性、产品可靠性与成本效益；
4. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通力、团队领导力及强烈的责任心和结果导向。
